Sharing an apartment can be tricky and we are here to
help. Everyone will be on their own lease, so there’s no
need to worry if someone doesn’t pay. Utilities are in
our name, so that’s one less reason to stress. Our
prestigious colleges attract students from all over the
country and that kind of a move is stressful enough
without having to worry about where you’re going to live
and what you’ll need once you’re here.
Our streamlined application process allows for all of
the paperwork to be completed electronically or via fax,
whichever suits your needs best.
Steve Collins Realty & Property Management is pleased to
announce the new partnership of Stetson Place Town homes
and our local colleges: Fully furnished 2 bedroom, 1 ½
bath town homes with backyards, washers, dryers as well
as fireplaces. Covered parking and extra storage is also
available. Pets are negotiable.
Shared bedrooms are $350 per month and single bedrooms
are $500 per month. Deposits are the same as rent and
fully refundable, administrative fees are also the same
as rent and are non-refundable. The application fee is
$35. All utilities with cable and high-speed internet
are included. Lease lengths will be available to
coincide with the school year.
